experts work to restore real fossils, whilst answering questions
from guests. |
The Fossil Preparation Lab is a small building
in Dinoland USA that focuses on restoring found bones, including
a sneak peek into the restoration work on "Sue," the
most complete Tyrannosaurus Rex skeleton ever found.
There's usually a palentologist working cleaning,
cataloguing and photographing a genuine fossilised dinosaur bone,
while a couple of cameras with monitors show a closeup view of
the work being undertaken.
