City Hall
At A Glance |
Best place to go for information
about the park, or to have questions answered. Also to collect
or deposit lost property, lost children, etc. |
City Hall is the first building on the left that guests
encounter after passing through the Main Street Station, and it's
one of the most inportant in the park, since it serves as the
parks information office, staffed by multilingual cast members
that can answer most of the queries that guests commonly ask about
the Disneyland Paris theme park.
City Hall is also the location for the theme park's
lost property office, so if you loose anything (or any children)
whilst in the park, they will eventually (hopefully) end up at
City Hall awaiting collection.
Note that if you find someone else's lost property,
or lost children whilst in the park, you don't need to take them
to the lost property office yourself, but just need to contact
the nearest cast member, who should happily arrange for the appropriate
action.
Other services provided by Guest Relations within City
Hall include the provision of information for guests with special
needs, and maps in Braille for guests with visual disabilities.
To contact one of the cast members at City Hall by
phone call 64 74 30 00.
