L'Astroport Services Interstellaires, located inside
the exit to the Star Tours attraction in Discoveryland at Disneyland
Paris is an interactive video games arcade, where several interactive
games work based on touch sensitive screens and voice recognition.
Guests are welcomed by an audioanimatronic robot
(ROX-N) who introduces each game in turn in several languages.
One of the "games" allows you to modify
a digital photograph of yourself, bu distorting the size and shape
of eyes, ears, etc, much in the same way that you can do on your
own computer with a product like "Kai's Power Goo".
Having designed a new look, guests can then purchase a glossy
print-out of the resulting image at the IBM InfoPoint near the
exit.
